– Posters must be in English

– Posters should not exceed 120 cm in height and 90 cm in width.

– Posters will be displayed, following the schedule published in the program, in the poster area.

– Each poster will be numbered, and must be hung to the board with the same number.

– Each presenting author is responsible for his/her poster for the duration of display. The organisation is not responsible for any damage to posters on display.

– Authors should be present during the scheduled poster sessions (see the Scientific Sessions Timetable).
