Registration for the Conference, the Summer School and the Social Programme is now closed. Thank you for your interest!
Early bird registration closed on 30th April 2016, while standard registration closed on 15th June 2016.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE. The Conference fee includes admission to the Conference from Wednesday to Saturday, Conference pack, tea/coffee breaks from Wednesday to Saturday, lunches from Thursday to Saturday, a welcome reception (Wednesday 27th July) and a guided walking tour of Cagliari Old Town (Thursday 28th July).
REGISTRATION FEE FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS. Accompanying persons are non-academics, e.g. partners or family members, attending the Conference with an academic. The registration fee for accompanying persons includes admission to the Conference from Wednesday to Saturday, tea/coffee breaks from Wednesday to Saturday, lunches from Thursday to Saturday, a welcome reception (Wednesday 27th July) and a guided walking tour of Cagliari Old Town (Thursday 28th July). We will provide accompanying persons with official Conference badges.
SUMMER SCHOOL REGISTRATION FEE. The Summer School registration fee includes admission to classes from Monday to Wednesday morning, Summer School pack and tea/coffee breaks. Please note that the Summer School will be limited to 20 participants and places will be allotted on a first-paid-first-served basis. Proof of student status may take the form of 1. a scanned copy of your student card; or 2. a copy of a confirmation of enrolment/enrolment verification letter; or 3. a confirmation that you are pursuing an undergraduate, postgraduate or PhD course of study from either your supervisor or your Head of Department; this should be on university-headed paper, signed and stamped. Note further that, if you are a PhD student but you are also a paid member of the university staff, you automatically count as a lecturer and not as a student.

Please note that, for organisational reasons, you need to register separately for each event you would like to participate in, also for those events included in the Conference fee or in the registration fee for accompanying persons, i.e. welcome reception and guided walking tour of Cagliari Old Town. Thank you for your cooperation!
Cancellation policy: cancellations made up to 31st May 2016 will be eligible for a full refund (bar administrative costs and bank charges). Cancellations made after 31st May 2016 will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be made after the Conference. Notice of cancellation must be sent to the Conference email address pala2016@unica.it.
