Registration fees

The registration fee for participants to Odysseus 2018 is:

  • 650.00 euros (for early registration – until March 10, 2018)
  • 750.00 euros (for late registration – from March 11, 2018)

and includes:

  • Welcome reception (Sunday evening June 3, 2018)
  • Conference bag and attendance to the scientific program (from Monday to Friday)
  • Coffee breaks (from Monday to Friday)
  • Lunch Monday through Friday
  • Two dinners
  • Two excursions
  • Farewell Drinks (Friday evening June 8, 2018)

 

The registration fee for accompanying guests is:

  • 225.00 euros (for early registration – until March 10, 2018)
  • 250.00 euros (for late registration – from March 11, 2018)

and includes:

  • Welcome reception (Sunday evening June 3, 2018)
  • Two dinners
  • Two excursions
  • Farewell Drinks (Friday evening June 8, 2018)

 

The joint registration to the VeRoLog PhD School and Odysseus 2018 has the same fee of the registration to Odysseus 2018, provided that the selection to the School has been obtained:

  • 650.00 euros (for early joint registration – until March 10, 2018)
  • 750.00 euros (for late joint registration – from March 11, 2018)

This registration includes the same services listed above for the participants to Odysseus 2018, as well as material and coffee breaks for the two-days of the School.

 

The registration fee only to the VeRoLog PhD School is € 150.00. It will cover material and coffee breaks.

Registration Policies, Cancellations  & Refunds

Please note that each participant is limited to one presentation. Furthermore, in order to be included in the final program, at least one of the authors must register to the workshop before the early registration deadline.

All cancellations must be sent in writing an email to mdifrance@unica.it

Full refunds less a €50.00 cancellation fee will be given for cancellations received before April 27, 2018. After this date you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge.

Refunds will be processed in the following ways:

  • For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.
  • For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account and all bank charges will be directly deducted from the refund
