Welcome to the online registration site for the “14th International Conference on the Chemistry of Selenium and Tellurium” (ICCST-14). The online registration will be soon active.
We ask all participants to make online registration for the Conference through this website before the deadline as specified below, by filling in the REGISTRATION FORM at the bottom of this page and clicking the “Submit” button.
The Registration Fees, and costs for the Gala Dinner and Conference Excursion are as follow in Euros (€):
* Those who register as “Student” are required to submit a copy of a current student ID upon the registration by e-mail (iccst-14@unica.it).
** Applications for the Conference Excursion will be closed on May 31, 2019.
The Registration Fee entitles Participants to the following:
- Admission to all sessions of the Scientific Program
- Admission to the Welcome Party (June 3)
- Lunch Tickets (June 4, June 5, June 6, June 7)
- Dinner Tickets (June 4, June 5)
- Coffee Breaks according to the Conference Program
- Conference Kit including the Book of Abstract on USB pen (except for Accompanying Persons)
For all Participant Categories, the Registration Fee does not include the Gala Dinner Ticket (June 6), and the Conference Excursion Ticket (June 5 afternoon).
Payment
Payment of the Registration Fee MUST BE MADE IN EURO(€) in full amount, without any deduction for bank charges, exclusively by bank transfer to:

Transfer justification: “Registration Fee ICCST-14”
Please indicate Name, Family Name and “Registration Fee ICCST-14” in the transfer justification. Please do not send any payments without your name included in payment details. Such payments cannot be identified.
The Conference Excursion (June 5 afternoon) and the Gala Dinner (June 6) are not included in the Registration Fees, and the Tickets for them will cost 30€ and 55€, respectively. Please, indicate on the REGISTRATION FORM if you are willing to participate to the Conference Excursion and the Gala Dinner. It is suggested to pay the Conference Excursion and the Gala Dinner Tickets together with the Registration Fees indicating in the transfer justification: “Registration Fees ICCST-14 plus Excursion Conference plus Gala Dinner“. For those who will not attend the Gala Dinner, the cost of the dinner at the conference site will be 30€.
All participants are kindly recommended to submit the online REGISTRATION FORM at the bottom of the page and to send the copy of the bank transfer to iccst-14@unica.it. The payment should be settled by April 15, 2019 (for Early Registration). However, you are requested to make your payment immediately (within a week) after your registration.
The payment receipt and the certificate of participation to ICCST-14 will be given at the Conference Site.
A number of rooms were pre-booked at the conference site and they will be guaranteed for bookings made before March 15, 2019. Make sure to finalize your room booking as soon as possible (http://convegni.unica.it/iccst-14/accomodation/).
Please note that registration and hotel reservation at The Flamingo Resort Hotel (Conference Venue) will be completed only with full payment of the Registration Fees (http://convegni.unica.it/iccst-14/accomodation/).
Ckange/Cancellation/Refund
In case of any changes or cancellation, please send us a written notice by e-mail at iccst-14@unica.it. Cancellations are possible before May 15, 2019. Refund of 70% of the paid quote (taxes and costs excluded) will be allowed. For cancellations communicated after May 15, 2019, no refund will be made. Refund will be made during or after the Conference period, after deducting bank service charges and the cancellation penalties. The refund will be made to the same bank account used by the Participant to made payment.

Visa
If you need a visa to enter Italy, please contact ICCST-14 Chairman at iccst-14@unica.it or lippolis@unica.it who will provide the documentation for the visa support:
-Letter of guarantee
-Letter of reason for invitation
-Schedule of stay
For the details of the documentation, please contact your nearest Italian Embassy or Consulate or your travel agency.
Indispensable condition to request the visa support:
- You have submitted an abstract.
- You have completed the online registration.
- Your Registration Fee has been paid.
- If you wish to bring any accompanying persons and request the visa support for him/her with yours, he/she must be your legal spouse, children or relatives.
*Please note that if any of these requirements is not met, the visa support cannot be accepted.
*Visa applications should be made at least one month before the intended travel dates. We strongly suggest you to inform us your request of visa application as soon as possible.
*For applicants who need to apply for a visa, the payment early date of the registration fee will be advanced at March 15, 2019.

Insurance
Participants are advised to procure their own travel insurance, as the Organizing Committee of ICCST-14 will assume no responsibility for personal accidents, sickness, personal possessions lost or stolen or property damage.
