Below, you will find information on the registration process and fees for both the Workshop and the Scientific School.

REGISTRATION
All the participants of the DLT2026 must complete the form at https://sondaggi-unica.limesurvey.net/642774

Regisration Fees:
Scientific School: 100€
Workshop: 150€

Note: Participation in the workshop is free (registration is required) for students of the scientific school who do not intend to submit and not even co-author a contribution to the workshop.

The registration fees cover organizational costs and ensuring a pleasant experience.

Accommodation booking
A limited number of rooms is available at a special conference group rate at the Flamingo Hotel, which is the venue of both the Workshop and the Summer School. IMPORTANT: to benefit from the discounted rate, accommodation must be booked by 31 March 2026. After this deadline, the group rate and room availability are no longer guaranteed.

If you are attending both the Summer School and the Workshop, please indicate this in the accompanying email.

Booking instructions

1. Download and complete the relevant fillable form in all its parts.
2. Clearly indicate the preferred hotel and room type.
3. Send the completed form by email to congressi@hotelflamingo.it.
4. You will receive a confirmation within two business days.

For those wishing to share a room with another participant, you can write: “Looking for male/female colleague” in the “accompanying person” section of the hotel forms.
