The submission of abstracts is closed.

The extended deadline for extended abstract submission was November 20, 2017.

In case of acceptation, one of the authors must register for the workshop for the abstract to appear in the program. Yet, a speaker can present a single abstract only during the conference (but he/she can be co-author of several papers).

The extended abstracts should be written in English and not exceed 4 pages. Please read the formatting specifications and guidelines carefully and adhere to the extended abstract templates provided below.

To submit your extended abstract, prior registration with EasyChair is required. Abstracts should be uploaded as  a PDF file (.pdf).

Evaluation Process

Extended abstracts will be peer-reviewed and acceptance of the contributions will be based on originality of the work, suitability regarding the main theme and the topics of interest of the workshop, and overall quality of the submission. Typical length of extended abstracts is 3 to 4 pages. Key evaluation criteria are Scope, Originality, Strength, Presentation and Overall Assessment. To that end, reviewers will be asked to justify their scores and to provide detailed reviews for the authors and also remarks for the program committee (if needed).
