In order to complete the registration fill the form at the bottom of the page and proceed with the payment of the fee according with the scheme below:

* In order to pay the reduced registration fee, PhD students and Post doc must provide a letter/certificate, signed by their supervisor/head of the department, confirming their status (send it to interfaces@unica.it).

1Meals (breakfasts, lunches & dinners) are included in the hotel fee (see below).
2Participants who do not book a room at the “Hotel Flamingo” or “Mare e Pineta” will be required to pay an additional fee for lunches/dinners.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source.
A confirmation notification will be sent to you when organizers receive the funds and confirm your registration in the system. If you do not receive confirmation within 10 business days after sending your proof of payment/receipt of transaction, please contact emanuela@csgi.unifi.it.
REGISTRATION FORM
Cancellation policy
- cancellation up to 45 days before the arrival date – the whole fee will be refunded (except for bank charges).
- cancellation between 44 and 15 days before the arrival date – the participant will be refunded with 75% of the fee (except for bank charges).
- cancellation between 14 and 5 days before the arrival date – the participant will be refunded with 50% of the fee (except for bank charges).
- cancellation less than 5 days before the arrival date – the participant will be charged for the entire fee.
- IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE CONFERENCE the whole fee will be refunded (except for bank charges).
