Abstracts:

• Abstracts must be submitted by 20/1/2025
• Submitters will be notified about abstract acceptance by 14/2/2025 

Fees:

• Cost, deadlines and other information are reported in the registration form
• In order to take advantage of the early registration fee, it must be paid by 15/03/2025

Due to the limited number of available rooms, participants are strongly advised to make their hotel reservation by 15/03/2025.
