How to reach the Conference site

Shuttle Service

A shuttle service will be provided by the organisation on the arrival (May 25) and departure (May 30 and 31) days (only), from/to Cagliari airport (Elmas Aeroporto) to/from Hotel Flamingo. Participants who have communicated their travel details may refer to the following schedule.

Shuttles leaving at: 12:30, 18:00, 21:00
Hotel Flamingo – Elmas Aeroporto (30/05/2025)
Shuttles leaving at: 08:00, 14:30
Hotel Flamingo – Elmas Aeroporto (31/05/2025)
Shuttles leaving at: 06:00, 12:00

Please, note that the shuttles do not stop in Cagliari on the way to/from the airport.

Train and Taxies

You can reach Cagliari main station by using train or taxi. Informations are available in the airport website.

ARST bus number 129 connects Cagliari train station directly to Santa Margherita di Pula, very near to Hotel Flamingo. The bus stop in Cagliari is in the square in front of the Central Station, in Piazza Matteotti. The bus stop in Santa Margherita di Pula is indicated as “S. Margherita”, and located at walking distance (600 meters) of the entrance of Hotel Flamingo (on State Highway SS195). The bus ticket can be purchased from the bus ticket office (“Biglietteria”), in the bus station in front of the train station in Piazza Matteotti in Cagliari (bus tickets cannot be purchased at the Hotel Flamingo).  For more informations on the schedule and fare, consult ARST website.
