Accommodation

The Conference will be held at Hotel Flamingo, a tourist resort located in S. Margherita di Pula, Sardinia, Italy.

Conference participants can take advantage of the following special rates for full board accommodation at the Hotel Flamingo:

• Double room classic shared (2 people in the room) in F&B – price per person/night € 120.00
• Double room classic single use in F&B – price per person/night € 160.00
• Double room Deluxe shared (2 people in the room) in F&B – price per person/night € 135.00
• Double room Deluxe single use in F&B – price per person/night euro 175.00

F&B: Full board includes breakfast – lunch and evening meal. Lunch and dinner include ¼ lt. of house wine and ½ lt. of mineral water (other beverages extra).

If you wish to reserve a room, please download and fill out the Hotel registration form: registration form

Follow the instructions on the form, and make sure that you fax or e-mail the filled-out and signed form to the Hotel as indicated on the form.

In order to secure a room, your booking must be received by 15.03.2025. The conference group rate is no longer guaranteed after this date.
