Prospective authors are invited to submit the Abstract (max 1 page, in pdf format) relevant to conference topics. Abstracts should be submitted to the Conference Secretariat by uploading them onto the website of the Conference, by using the templates (doc or pdf) available here in the authors section.

28 February 2019 Deadline to submit Abstracts (1 page A4) (FINAL DEADLINE!)
11 March 2019 Notification of Abstract Acceptance will be mailed to author
12 April 2019 Deadline to submit the Full Paper (4-6 pages A4)
23 April 2019 Notification of Full Paper Acceptance will be mailed to author
Important note: At least one of the Authors must be registered to the Conference in order for the paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings.
TECHNICAL SESSIONS (in the Conference Program)All papers will be presented orally (no poster session will be organized). The time slot allocated to each presentation will be 20 minutes (15 minutes for presentations and 5 minutes for questions and answers).
