Registration

 

Registration fee is fixed to 325 € and includes participation to all the Conference events during the program, welcome party (June 18th evening), lunches (June 19th, 20th, 21st), the dinner of  June 19th, coffee breaks according to the program, and the conference kit.

To benefit from the reduced early registration fee, please process your registration before March 31st, 2017. Late registration fee, after March 31st, 2017 is fixed to 375 €.

Registration fee for accompanying people is fixed to 270 € without any addition after March 31st, and includes welcome party, lunches, the dinner of June 19th, and coffe breaks.

The registration fees for students are fixed to 325 € without any addition after March 31st.

All participants are kindly recommended to register sending the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM at the bottom of the page and the copy of the bank transfer to supramol2017@unica.it.

A number of rooms were pre-booked in the conference site and they will be guaranteed for bookings made before February 28^th, 2017.
Make sure to finalize your room booking as soon as possible.

Payment of the registration fee should be made, net of all charges, exclusively by bank transfer to:

Please indicate Name, Family Name and “Supramol 2017” in the transfer justification. Please do not send any payments without your name included in payment details. Such payments cannot be identified.

The Gala dinner, on June 20th, is not included in the registration fees and it will cost 55 €. Please, indicate on the registration form if you are willing to partecipate to the Gala dinner. It is suggested to pay the Gala dinner together with the registration fees indicating in the tranfer justification “Supramol 2017 plus Gala dinner“. For those who will not attend the Gala dinner, the cost of the dinner at the conference site will be 30€.

Cancellations are possible before May 15th, 2017. Refund of 70% of the paid quote (taxes and costs excluded) will be allowed. After May 15th, no refunds will be made.
