Registration
The registration includes accommodation for two nights and meals during the meeting. The registration is final only with the payment of the registration and the additional nights (if applicable). The receipt of payment should be attached to the Registration Form and submitted to the email address medchemeurophd2013@gmail.com. After you will receive an email confirming that you have been successfully registered for the meeting. It is possible to register from the 20th of June until the 1st of August, 2013.

Extra nights prices for registered participants are the following:
– One extra night with full board treatment in a shared double room is 90 € at Flamingo Hotel.
– One extra night with full board treatment in a shared double room is 75 € at Mare e Pineta Hotel.
If you’d like to have it as a single room you have to add 20 €.
Please add in the bank transfer agreement the reference:
“medchemeurophd2013 – ‘Family name , Name ‘ + number of extra nights – hotel name – single or double treatment”
Please consider that if no other PhD student is available for sharing the room, you will have to add 20€ once arrived at the hotel.
