GENERAL CONDITIONS
Registration fee includes:
- Conference Attendance, Conference Proceedings, Conference bag, Coffee Breaks, Daily lunches, and Gala Dinner for Authors, Non-Authors, and PhD Student
- Gala Dinner for Accompanying Persons
Please, note that the prepaid advance registration (early bird registration), which saves you time and money, must be received before 7th May 2019.
All authors whose papers are accepted must register for the Conference in order to have their papers published in the Conference Proceedings of SyNERGY MED 2019 (at least one author for each paper).

(1) PhD Students must prove their status by attaching a valid certificate to the registration form.

Please transfer the fee during the next 7 days after registration. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fee
Special instructions for Italian public institution
According to Italian laws and regulations, a specific procedure is required if the registration fee will be paid by an Italian public institution/administration. Please, complete the registration process by selecting payment by bank transfer. Then, send the official purchase order (IPA and CIG/CUP codes are required) by email at: synergymed2019@unica.it Payment will be performed by the public administration/institution (via bank transfer) upon receiving the receipt issued by Dipartimento di Ingegneria Elettrica ed Elettronica.

Registration to SyNERGYMED 2019 is confirmed only upon receipt of the full conference fee payment by DIPARTIMENTO DI INGEGNERIA ELETTRICA ED ELETTRONICA, according to the deadline dates. Proof of payment by bank transfer must be sent to: synergymed2019@unica.it You will receive an automated email confirmation after submitting your registration, and an official email confirmation with the invoice after payment.
