Badges will be given to every participant. All participants are required to wear the badges during the conference and social events.

You will enjoy meeting colleagues and friends in a special atmosphere of the Sardinia hospitality. The traditional Sardinian food will be served.
Lunches:
Lunches for registered participants will be served during the time indicated in this program at the Flamingo Hotel.
Coffee break
Coffee and finger food will be served in front of the Lecture Hall.
Internet
WiFi will be available for participants.
If you are session chairperson, you are kindly asked to be in the Lecture Hall at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session to meet the speaker. There are two types of lectures:
- Opening lectures – 40 minutes, 5 minutes for discussion,
- Oral communications -13 minutes, 2 minutes for discussion.
The chairpersons are asked to strictly follow the scheduled times.
If you are a speaker, you are kindly asked to be in the Lecture Hall at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session to meet the chairperson and the technician in charge of the projection. You can have your presentation on a CD-ROM or on an USB stick. You may supply your own laptop computer as a back-up. If combining video with PowerPoint, please make sure to check in the session hall during a coffee or lunch break prior to your session. Please, note that the conference computers in the session hall are being supplied with Windows XP and Office XP (at least).
Files must be uploaded on the central computer in the Lecture Hall before the start of the session. It is recommended to upload your presentation before 9:00 for the morning session and during lunch break for the afternoon session. A preview of the presentation will be possible during the breaks in the Lecture Hall.
If you are poster presenter, please see the list of poster in this program for the number assigned to your poster. The authors are kindly requested to put their poster on the display panels. The mounting material will be available at the registration desk. Please, prepare your poster on one sheet of cardboard. The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 70 cm wide x 100 cm high. Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract. The text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters.
