We are pleased to announce that the 3rd International Supramolecular Chemistry Summer School will be held<\/em> in The event will take place at the Hotel Flamingo Resort (https:\/\/www.hotelflamingo.it\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n The previous editions of the School were organized in 2022 and 2024. This year’s edition is co-organized with the LUCES COST Action<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n LUCES (COST Action CA22131) is a multidisciplinary network bringing together researchers from academia, research centers, and industry to develop luminescent sensors for environmental safety applications. By combining expertise in supramolecular chemistry, sensing, (nano)materials, electronics, modeling, and analytical techniques, the Action aims to advance these sensors from fundamental research towards real-world use.<\/i><\/p>\n Like the previous editions, it will be a multidisciplinary summer school (in the spirit of supramolecular chemistry), and it will cover various subjects:<\/p>\n Soft, hard, and chemiluminescent materials;<\/strong><\/p>\n Host-guest chemistry;<\/strong><\/p>\n Biomedical applications of supramolecular chemistry;<\/strong><\/p>\n Computational chemistry;<\/strong><\/p>\n Crystal Engineering;<\/strong><\/p>\n Analytical chemistry;<\/strong><\/p>\n Topology and molecular machines;<\/strong><\/p>\n Catalysis;<\/strong><\/p>\n Flow and automated supramolecular chemistry<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The number of participants in presence is fixed to 80.\u00a0<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n IMPORTANT DATES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/strong><\/em>Santa Margherita di Pula (CA)\u00a0 <\/strong>, on the 24th-29th May 2026<\/strong><\/p>\nThis year’s edition will have a Bridging Event between<\/b>\u00a0the 3rd International Supramolecular Chemistry Summer School and Italian Supramolecular Chemistry Conference 2026 (Supramol 2026), which will be held in Trieste from <\/b><\/b>Monday 22<\/span>nd<\/sup> June to Thursday 25<\/span>th<\/sup> June 2026.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\nFive discounted registration slots are available for PhD students and postdocs who register for both the 3rd International Supramolecular Chemistry Summer School (Santa Margherita di Pula (CA), Sardinia, Italy, May 24\u201329, 2026) and Supramol2026.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n The total registration fee for the two events is fixed at \u20ac650 instead of \u20ac950.<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\nThe joint registration application must be sent to suprasummerschool@unica.it <\/strong>and supramol2026@units.it <\/strong><\/em>by 28th February 2026<\/strong>, including a short CV with current position, supervisor’s name, and relevant publications. Applicants should not proceed with payment until they receive official confirmation from the Organizing Committee regarding the outcome of their application.
