<strong>5th International Symposium on Hydrothermal Carbonization (HTC 2027)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The symposium will bring together the international community working on <strong>hydrothermal carbonization, hydrochar materials, and related thermochemical conversion technologies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accepted contributions will be presented as <strong>oral presentations or posters<\/strong> during the symposium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Submission Submission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abstracts must be submitted through the online symposium submission system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each submission must include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>contact and affiliation details of the corresponding author;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the complete author list, in the order in which the authors should appear in the symposium programme and Book of Abstracts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the role of each author in the submission;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a short biography and profile photo of the corresponding and presenting authors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the title of the contribution;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the preferred presentation format;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the most relevant symposium topic;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the abstract text;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>three to six keywords;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>one optional figure or graphical abstract and its caption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong><strong>8-11 June 2027<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Abstract Guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Authors are kindly requested to follow these guidelines when preparing their abstract:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maximum length: <strong>400 words<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language: <strong>English<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keywords: <strong>minimum 3, maximum 6<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abstract should clearly state:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>objectives of the work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>methodology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>key results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>main conclusions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Authors may upload one optional figure or graphical abstract.
