Wednesday, 10 June 2026 – Welcome Cocktail
To warmly open the AIGE–IIETA 2026 Conference, all participants are invited to a Welcome Cocktail in the evening. This informal gathering will offer the opportunity to meet colleagues, network with fellow researchers, and enjoy a pleasant introduction to the atmosphere of Cagliari.
The catering experience will be curated by Coccodì, a beloved and distinctive local bakery and food atelier in the heart of Cagliari, born from a family tradition of master bakers dating back to the 1950s in the village of Monastir. Today, Coccodì combines the authenticity of Sardinian culinary heritage with a contemporary and welcoming style, offering handcrafted bread, pastries, savory specialties, and warm dishes prepared daily with simplicity, creativity, and genuine local ingredients.
Guests will have the chance to discover a refined selection of Sardinian-inspired flavors and freshly prepared specialties in a relaxed and elegant setting designed to celebrate conviviality and the pleasure of sharing good food. More than a simple reception, the Welcome Cocktail will offer an authentic glimpse into the vibrant gastronomic culture of Southern Sardinia and the warm hospitality for which Cagliari is renowned.
